BOARDING POLICY

Since we are a private facility, all boarders must have a reservation. We suggest calling at least two weeks in advance to assure your pet a spot in Paradise. However, if you will be boarding around a holiday or during the summer book at least 1 to 2  months in advance. Boarding Rates are based on a nightly stay. If two dogs are boarded in the same suite a 10% discount applies as long as they are not food-aggressive. There is a 20% discount for long term boarding of 30 days or more.

Length of Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights or minimum charge of 2 nights boarding  will be charged during our peak season ( June1-Sept 4)  and during major Holidays(New Years Day,Easter,Memorial Day ,July 4, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, and Christmas) for those who only need boarding for 1 night. 

Payment is required at check-in. Method of payment: Cash or Checks Only! 

 We Do Not Accept Credit Cards at this time!

Giant Breeds 100lbs & up:  $18.50 a night                                    $ 22.50a night

Cats: $10 a night. All cats must be accompanied by a dog sister or dog brother. We do not board cats not accustomed to dogs. Cats must be altered( spayed or neutered).

Hours of Operation

At Paradise Pet Resort and Boarding Kennels our number one priorty is to our guests.  We want to provide the best environment for our guests so their stay is happy, stress-free and comfortable.  Our guests enjoy coming back! At the same time we understand having your pet home as soon as possible is your concern. Therefore, we are open 7 days a week with special hours on major holidays. We have specific times for pick-up and drop-off.  This enables our guests privacy and the chance to enjoy Paradise Pet Resort without interruptions during the day.  Owners can pick-up or drop-off their pet during these hours:

Monday- Saturday from 7:00am-10:00am  or 5:00pm-7:00pm

Sunday from 7:00am-Noon and evening hours from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

Major Holidays Open from 7:00am-Noon only.

These days are: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

   Cancellation Policy

We know plans change.  At Paradise Pet Resort we ask you to be considerate to us and those who might be waiting for a spot.  If you need to cancel ,please call as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours in advance to your booking. 

 Special Services:

Medication Administration: $1.50 a day

Personal 1/2 mile walks: $2.50 a trip This is a nice service for those dogs who do not get along with the pack.

Flea Treatment Zodiac Spot -On applied on base of neck & tail: $5 application. Works up to 30 days-comparable to Advantage & Frontline.

3. Personal Attendent.
