Print out the following instructions ,then click on the link below.

1. Make sure you are on Internet Explorer not Mozilla Firefox or it will not work. Click on the following link http://paradisepet.dipmap.com  Make sure you do not put www in front of the address and the web page address does not automatically paste itself in front of the web cam address.
2. It will automatically default to a page that says mpeg 4. Click the  0 at the bottom of page.
3. Next page will  show Modem on top line then under DSL/Cable. Click which one you have. If you have DSL also click on the multiview. go to bottom of page and click on the O.
4. You will need to load Geovision( look at your address bar) Hold down ctrl key and click mouse. It will take several minutes to download depending on your connection.
5. Then you will need to download ActiveX. This is a secure site. Again hold the ctrl key and click mouse to load. This will take about 4 minutes to download. Some of you will need to adjust your screen resolutions.
6. Once loaded your user name is guest (small letters) and your password is ilovedogs(small letters)

Enjoy the view!- There are 7 cameras in all .You do not need to change anything else.

 P.S. It is better to have dsl or highspeed versus modem internet connection, but either will work.
